Characteristics of calcium silicate board

High strength calcium silicate board is made of cellulose fibers or inorganic mineral fibers, with siliceous or calcium materials as the main material. After strength testing and multiple tedious processes, it is an essential fireproof board for modern building materials market. Its strength is higher than gypsum board, and its fire resistance effect is better. Experimental test results have shown that the strength of calcium silicate board should be ≥ 70% of the index, with a measured value of 92%, Especially in compliance with standards.
The commonly used specifications are 12.20cm in width, 24.4cm in length, and thicknesses ranging from 24-6mm. The board is made of natural mineral fibers, cellulose fibers, siliceous or calcareous materials, and is subjected to professional equipment and special treatment technology for 24-hour high-temperature autoclave curing. It is recommended that you store the board in the warehouse upon receipt. If stored outdoors, it needs to be covered with felt cloth and not allowed to rain.
Calcium silicate board has the advantages of waterproof, fireproof, lightweight, high-strength, thermal insulation, dry and wet, good processing performance, and not easily deformed. It is particularly suitable for composite walls, partition boards in public and civil buildings, and is also suitable for warehouses, square warehouses, computer rooms, and other places that require fire and moisture prevention.
