Common problems with perforated calcium silicate boards used as walls?


1. The laying out position of perforated calcium silicate board wall construction must be accurate;
2. The thermal insulation and sound-absorbing panels in the wall should be fixed and prevent moisture regain;
3. All pipe openings that pass through the wall should be strictly repaired with polyvinyl grease for sealing, to prevent the reduction of wall insulation and actual sound insulation effect;
4. The internal and external corners of the wall and the door dialogue box should be made of mineral wool sound-absorbing boards with square and square edges;
5. When installing wall pipes on the wall, hand drills should be used to drill holes, and it is prohibited to use woodworking chisels or pipe heads to drill holes;
6. The installation of the main keel of the transverse clamp and the main keel of the cross bracing of the whole line shall be in accordance with the design regulations. When the Elevation of the partition wall is more than 1.95M, the main keel of the transverse clamp shall be added, and the core pulling bolts or anchor bolts shall be selected for fixation.
Install the bottom layer of the enclosure according to the design regulations, and fix the fixed main keel of the enclosure or connect the wooden bottom layer between the vertical main keels. Use a core pulling bolt or gun nail to fix it in place.
7. During engineering construction, the construction sequence should be scientifically arranged to avoid rework situations.
8. Careful engineering construction should be carried out around the calcium silicate board wall to prevent environmental pollution.
After completing the construction of calcium silicate sound-absorbing board walls, you need to understand the following two points:
1. Do not immediately apply sand or putty on the surface of perforated calcium silicate board, as it is very easy to fall off.
2. When using perforated calcium silicate board as a toilet partition, high-quality hot-dip galvanized main keel and painted anti-corrosion paint should be selected to maximize the service life.
