Detailed introduction to the installation technology of light steel keel partitions and calcium silicate ceilings

For many building material merchants, they are unable to provide construction technology and installation processes. Only building material production companies have such assembly technology processes. In the partition walls of contemporary housing decoration, it is more common to use light steel keel partitions and calcium silicate ceilings to integrate the partition walls. Correct construction techniques can effectively reduce wall cracking and reduce maintenance costs.
Before construction, first check the quality of the light steel keel partition wall. The bent main keel should be selected, and for calcium silicate boards, it is also necessary to carefully check to ensure the quality of decorative building materials. Only boards that are warped, deformed, damp, moldy, or do not meet the matching specifications and models cannot be applied. The adhesive, putty powder, and joint tape used need to have quality assurance in order to ensure the quality of the partition wall project. The control panel can only be controlled by fixing the calcium silicate board with self tapping screws, and the surface should be neat and the adhesive should not be layered. The surface of the board should not have defects such as environmental pollution, missing wedges, missing corners in the house, or hammer damage. The laying direction of the board should be appropriate, the assembly should be sturdy, the joints should be tight and smooth, and the surface should be smooth. The middle of the board and the middle of the board and the main project should be bonded tightly and firmly, with neat joints.
The calcium silicate ceiling at the lower end of the partition wall should not directly touch the ground, and a gap of 10-15mm should be left. A gap of 5mm should be left around the soundproof wall. For partition walls located in damp bedrooms such as bathrooms, moisture-resistant calcium silicate boards should be used. Its structural method should be strictly constructed according to the characterization requirements. A wall pad should be placed below the partition wall and polyurethane coating should be embedded below the calcium silicate board, with a joint width of no less than 5mm. The various docking parts set on the partition wall frame that belong to the machine need to be clearly marked after the calcium silicate board equipment.
